I have the privilege to work with organisations around the world to solve their challenges in leadership and management. My understanding of the technical landscape enables me to approach this from a much wider perspective and I am fortunate to be able to work in an environment where thinking outside the box to create innovative and exciting learning experiences is an incredibly positive thing.  

On top of this as Principal Consultant I get to work at a strategic level across the organisation and also work with our largest international clients which makes every day exciting.

Learning Solutions Architect at RTS Group/FIMTRAC

Design. Quality. Strategy. 2020-2022

Working closely with clients to develop their learning strategy, and overseeing the development of innovative bespoke solutions. Starting right at the beginning of the journey to define the learning requirements with them, helping create the vision for what the learning will be and the learner journey it fits in while being sure that the end result will be what they really want by closely quality assuring the development.

I have worked with a number of clients including Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Santander, RCI Financial Services, Mercedes-Benz and great internal multi-disciplinary teams. I have also developed internal online “client wikis” and supported the development of the RTS strategy.

Product Owner - Digital Content at The Workforce Development Trust

Product. Team. Innovation. 2018-2020

Developing an eLearning portfolio to include wider digital content and blended solutions, expanding from healthcare to WDT’s wider customer base. Increased the organisations learning offer into private health, hospitality, aviation and tourism, justice, and public sector organisations. Customers are based in the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities include managing the digital content team and contractors, developing WDT’s learning strategy and roadmap, developing new business opportunities, expanding the offer, stakeholder management and hands-on design and development.

eLearning Product Manager at Skills for Health Ltd

Content. LMS. Strategy. 2011-2018

Responsible for the development of the eLearning content portfolio and Moodle platform worth £1.5 million. During the first five years, we increased annual usage by 2.5x from 140,000 to 350,000 accesses.

Managed a multi-disciplinary team of developers and education specialists. Spearheaded a major redesign of the products to future-proof them.
