Whether virtual or face-to-face I have focused on instructor-led training more recently to develop a more well-rounded approach to my experience. I have worked with companies across the world building programmes and one-day sessions to help them develop their people. Many of these companies are FTSE100 and I have been incredibly lucky to get insights into their worlds and help shape them.

I pitched the idea of flipbooks to a client, and happily they agreed to the development of four flipbooks and supporting videos which I worked on with them from concept through to delivery ensuring it met the original requirements and adapting to the clients needs.

I developed all content for the flipbooks, working closely with a colleague who was developing the scripting for the videos, and I carried out/directed the filming virtually via Zoom.

I recently developed a proposal for a showcase of a new car for the UK Toyota network. This included delving into the module map, and overseeing the quality of the work of the learning designer (structure and scripting), as well as supporting the filming of the showcase.

Once filming was complete, I was on hand as they went live to support the roll-out, and to ensure the live elements (including live Q&A) were running smoothly.

I have had the pleasure of working on a number of projects with video at the core, ranging from the use of stock video to raise engagement, to bespoke filming for a variety of different types of learning. This has included some scripting, working with editors and quality assuring the filming and its outputs.

My most recent project using animation was in a branching scenario example, bringing it to life with simple animated characters with a number of different expressions. I also previously worked on a concept for a fully animated walkthrough for people working in airports as part of a campaign for returning to work post-COVID lockdown.
